中西医结合法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效.方法：随机选取输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者140例,70例采用中西医结合法治疗作为实验组,另外70例采用口服抗生素,子宫输卵管通液等传统疗法作为对照组,对比观察两组病例的临床疗效.结果：实验组70例病例中显效41例,有效23例,总有效率91.4% 对照组70例病例中显效31例,有效19例,总有效率71.4%,两组比较差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：在现代妇产科临床医学中,中西医结合法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效明显优于传统疗法,而且可以有效降低术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广使用.
