LEEP刀与微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效分析

目的：比较并分析LEEP刀和微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效.方法： 选取2007年5月～2008年12月在我院检查确诊为宫颈糜烂的240例患者,随机分为LEEP刀组（120例）和微波组（120例）,对两种治疗方法的疗效进行比较分析.结果：LEEP组在治疗中重度的宫颈糜烂上均优于微波组,治愈率与有效率存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）,轻度糜烂两组治愈率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,比较手术时间、术中出血量、阴道流液时间、术后出血量等情况,两组差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）.结论：LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂,手术操作简单安全、时间短、出血少、损伤小、阴道排液量少,治疗效果佳 同时可送标本进行病理检查,是一种非常有效的诊断和治疗方法,同时是治疗重度宫颈糜烂较为理想的一种方法.

Objective：Compared with and analyzes the LEEP knife and the microwave treatment cervical erosion clinical curative effect. Methods; Selects in May,2007-2008 year in December in my courtyard inspection diagnosis for the cervical erosion 240 example patient,divides into the LEEP knife tackle stochastically （120 examples） and the micro wave group （120 examples）, carries on the comparative analysis to two kind of method of treatment curative effect. Results：The LEEP group at the specific weight cervical erosion surpasses the micro wave group in the treatment, the cure rate and the effectiveness existence significance difference （P〈0.05） ,the mild erosion two group of cure rate non--significance difference （P〈0. 05）, after in the surgery time, the technique bleeds the quantity, the cloudy Daoist believers fluid time, the technique bleeds situations and so on quantity, two groups of differences have the significance significance （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The LEEP knife treatment cervical erosion, the surgery operates the simple security, the time short,bleeds few, damages, the vagina displacement slightly are few, the treatment result is good;Simultaneously may deliver the specimen to carry on the pathology inspection, is one kind of extremely effective diagnosis and the method of treatment, simultaneously is treats a specific weight cervical erosion more ideal one method.
