腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术的疗效观察

目的：评价腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术的疗效.方法：于本院住院行子宫肌瘤切除术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例.观察组采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术.对照组行经腹子宫肌瘤切除术.结果：观察组手术时间较对照组长,差异有显著性（P〈0.05） 观察组术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间、术后住院天数较对照组缩短,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优点,是一种安全、有效的治疗子宫肌瘤方法.

Objeetive：Appraises under the peritoneoscope the fibroid excision method curative effect. Methods：Is hospitalized the good fibroid excision method patient in this courtyard, divides into the observation group and control group each 20 examples stochastically. The observation group uses under the peritoneoscope the fibroid excision method. The control group passes by the abdomen fibroid excision method. Results ： The observation group surgery time compares group leader,the difference has the significance （P〈0.05） ;In after the observation group technique bleeds the quantity,the intestines function restores the time,the technique is hospitalized the number of days to compare the control group to reduce,the difference has the significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion, Under after the peritoneoscope the fibroid excision method has the wound slightly,the technique restores and so on the merits quickly, is one kind of security, the effective treatment fibroid method.
