23价肺炎球菌疫苗预防儿童下呼吸道感染的疗效分析

目的：研究分析23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗对儿童下呼吸道感染的预防效果及接种后的不良反应,证实23价肺炎球菌育苗的临床疗效.方法：分组对比,取2-6岁的儿童240人,平均分为疫苗组和对照组两个组,各120人.并对疫苗组所有接种儿童进行随防2周,监测不良反应 同时对研究对象24人追踪1年,并从下呼吸道感染、抗生素的使用率,住院治疗情况、医疗费用等方面进行对比.结果：疫苗组儿童下呼吸道感染的次数和程度明显减少,抗生素的使用率也明显降低.保护率为61.7%、72.38% 疫苗组偶有局部不良反应,热敷处理或卧床休息12-36小时后均缓解.结论：接种23价肺炎多糖疫苗对2-6岁儿童具有很好的预防和保护效果,并且有较好的经济效益和较高的安全性.

Objective：The research analyzes 23 price pneumococcus polysaccharide vaccine the prevention effect and the vaccination which the respiratory tract infects after the child under responded not good that,confirmed 23 price pneumococcus grows seedlings clinical curative effect. Methods：The grouping contrast,takes 2--6 year--old child 240 people,divides into the vaccine group and the control group two groups equally,each 120 people. And carries on to the vaccine group all vaccination child along with guards against 2 weeks,monitors responded not good; Meanwhile traces for 1 year to the object of study 24 people,and infects,the antibiotic utilization ratio from under respiratory tract,aspects and so on hospital treatment situation, medical expense carries on the contrast. Results： Under the vaccine group child the＇ respiratory tract infects the number of times and the degree reduce obviously, the antibiotic utilization ratio also obviously reduces. The protection ratio is 61.7%, 72.38%; The vaccine group partner has not good responded partially that,after hot compress processing or has bedrest for 12-36 hour to alleviate. Conclusion： Vaccinates 23 price pneumonia polysaccharide vaccine to have the very good prevention and the protection effect to 2-6 year old child,and has the good economic efficiency and the high security.
