摘要
介绍了与时间有关的电站辅机可靠性数据分布函数的类型和相应的数值假设检验方法。利用某电网大容量火电机组四种主要辅机（给水泵、高压加热器、引风机、送风机）的１９９１年至１９９５年月度事件数据，给出了与时间有关的可靠性数据分布函数的规律。
Abstract This paper introduces the distribution functions and the test method of
numerical hypothesis for the time-related reliability data of power plant auxiliaries.Based on a
monthly data base of large capacity fossil fuel-fired units in one electrical network for main plant
auxiliaries (including feed pump,high-pressure heater,induced draft fan,forced-draft fan)from 1991
to 1995,some statistical analyses on time-related reliability data are conducted and the
distribution functions are given.
