三菱亚临界循环锅炉辅助汽源系统运行的安全性分析

摘要 在机组启停及低负荷运行期间,锅炉辅助蒸汽汽源能否正常供应对机组的正常启停和安全运行将带来一定的影响。本文就华能福州电厂一期工程两台日本三菱亚临界强制循环锅炉辅助蒸汽运行的安全性进行分析,并分析了机组启停及低负荷运行期间辅助蒸汽汽源由过热与再热汽源互为切换过程中出现压力大幅度降低的原因,对日方原设计不合理的控制系统进行了改造。 Abstract Proper operation of auxiliary steam supply system is very important to boiler unit during start-up,shutdown and low-load operation.This paper presents an analysis to the operation safety of the auxiliary steam supply system of two subcritical forced circulation boilers in Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant.It also gives some detail analysis to the causes of large descent of auxiliary steam pressure during the switchover between the superheated steam and the reheated steam.
