凝汽器铜管氨基磺酸酸洗与过硫酸钾氧化成膜的工业实践

摘要 大同第二发电厂1号机组凝汽器铜管运行中存在着端差大、真空低的老大难问题。通过小型试验,确定了对凝汽器铜管进行氨基磺磺酸酸洗、过硫酸钾氧化成膜的技术方案。凝汽器铜管成膜后,经X光电子能谱仪对膜质检测,证明已形成了性能良好的保护膜。机组运行后,凝汽器端差由130℃降至4.77℃,达到了华北电力集团公司考核规定的优秀等级(5℃),煤耗可降低1481g/(kW·h),机组的安全性和经济性大为提高。 Abstract The condenser tube of Unit 1 of Datong No.2 Power Plant was found with big terminal temperature difference and low vacuum pressure during its operation.A technical proposal of cleaning by amino sulfonic acid and protection by potassium persulfate filming was proposed according to the result of a small-scale test.Described in this paper are the application process and effectiveness of this technology.It was proved by X-ray electron spectrometer inspection that a very good protection film was formed on the tube when this technology was used.The terminal temperature difference was decreased during operation from 13.0 C to 4.7 ℃,which reached A class grade (5 C) specified,and the coal consumption was decreased by 14.81 g/(kW.h).
