This paper compares and analyzes three organization structure models of advanced power dispatching institutions at home and abroad to propose a best-practice pattern.This pattern helps the organization get rid of existing working pattern＇s restraint,explore more efficient business model,and implement domestically leading dispatching institution which is also advanced compared to those aboard.
