摘要 对现役国产300MW燃煤机组SG-1025/16.7-M313UP型锅炉进行选择性非催化还原(selective noncatalytic reduction,SNCR)脱硝系统改造:通过计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值模拟及现场锅炉温度场测试,确定喷枪布置位置和数量;采用全伸缩式长喷枪布置,提高尿素溶液覆盖面积,从而提高脱硝率;利用喷枪的不同组合,适应锅炉负荷的变化,保证还原剂的最佳反应温度窗口。改造后NOx的排放质量浓度由360mg/m3降至为210mg/m3,脱硝效率达到41.6%,锅炉运行正常。 The denitrification system of SG-1025/16.7-M313 UP boiler of active domestic 300 MW coal-fired unit was modified with selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) technique.The position and quantity of spray guns were determined by numerical simulation of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and on-site test on boiler temperature field.The arrangement of fully telescopic long spray gun was adopted to improve the coverage of urea solution,thereby enhancing the rate of denitrification.Different combinations of spray gun were used to adapt to load changes of boiler and ensure the best response temperature window of reducing agent.The boiler operated normally after the modification with the mass concentration of NOx reduced from 360 mg/m3 to 210 mg/m3 and the denitrification efficiency up to 41.6%.
