摘要
北仑港发电厂阿尔斯通公司设计制造的６００ＭＷ机第一次大修发现中压缸第９级叶片、叶根损坏等问题，经分析研究，将叶片围带的型式作了修改，增加了叶片预扭安装紧力的接触面，新叶片的轮系节径振动特性得到了明显的改善。
Abstract It was found out during the first major repair of the 600
MW turbine,manufacturede by GEC Alsthom in Bei Cang Power plant that the IP nineth stage
blades were broken.Based on observation and analysis,the power plant revised the connecting of
the blade shroud to the blades for increasing the blade pretorsioned connecting surface.It resulted
in obvious improvement of the newly mounted blades.
