摘要
通过对2005年-2007年山西省临汾市河谷地带重污染区4县市的环境空气质量、气象要素特征及其之间的关系分析,运用天气学分型方法将影响大气环境的天气类型分为5类,通过应用工业源复合模型(ISC),依据临汾市气象特征,结合周边地理环境、地形结构、产业特点及污染源布局等因素,进行局部模拟试验,得到不同天气类型下大气环境污染物排放的调控预案。
Using synoptic meteorology typing methods, the weather types were divided into 5 classes based on the analysis of ambient air quality and meteorological factors in 2005-2007 in the valley of Linfen city where it was polluted heavily. The regulation plans of emission pollutant into atmospheric environment pollution were given according the distrib to the meteorological features, the surrounding geography, the terrain structure, industry characteristics and ution of the pollution source based on ISC .
