摘要 探讨将微机技术应用于氧化铝回转窑烧成过程的图像测温和集散控制系统。对回转窑的三个重要参量-温度、烟气中残余氧含量及窑内负压实施闭环自动控制,并对各运行设备及重要参数实施了闭环自动控制,从而构成全面生产管理系统。本系统投运可大幅度降低能耗,提高产品质量,延长内衬使用寿命,提高窑的运转率。 This paper analyzes applying microcomputer technique to temperature measuring by picture and gathering or dispersing control system for alumina turnover kiln sintering process The closed loop autocontrol is applied to the thee important parameters of turnover kiln-temperature,content of residual oxygen in fume and indoor negative pressure,which also applied to each operational ourfit and important parameters,this constitutes the whole production management system. Its running can widely decrease the energy dissipation, improve the product quality, increase the inner lining life time and hose kiln operation factor.
