There are many pathogenesises which may cause baby mental retardation and dysplasia. This paper deals with the mcin cause of the disease from a lot of pathogenesises by way of chi-square test. The specific way of doing this is to make various kind of imperative statistics aud analysis of a sample data by computer in helping with doctors to make a practical conclusion.
