浅谈师德建设与高职高专医学生职业道德培养

国家教育部医药卫生类高职高专院校人才培养工作中的重要内容之一是医学生的职业道德教育。而在职业道德教育过程中，教育方针能否贯彻，培养目标能否实现，教师起着主导作用。教师在教书育人活动中，其言行是学生学习和模仿的对象，他的言论、行动、为人处世的态度、医德医风的好坏对学生具有耳濡目染、潜移默化的影响。因此，要做好当前医学生职业道德教育，必须先做好加强高职院校教师师德建设工作。
