空气横向对吹圆柱体时换热的研究

摘要 针对玻璃模具在冷却中出现的空气对吹圆柱体换热现象,依相似理论进行物理模型实验,整理得到了一组沿模具周向局部努赛尔数变化曲线。又对平行风对吹圆柱体这一换热现象进行了实验研究,得到了求解该条件下平均换热系数的准则方程。 In this paper, in accordance with the convection heat transfer phenomenon of the cylindrical glass mould being cooled by the air from opposite direction and according to similarity theory, a model experiment is made and a group of partial Nusselt numbers along with the mould circumference is sorted out. To counter the heat transfer phenomenon of the parallel wind flow over a cylinder a experimsnts have been carried out and a empirical correlation to calculate average heat transfer coefficient is obtained.
