The dimension accuracy of the sealing slot is closely related to the life time,reset accuracy of the oil cylinder piston and braking sensitivity. A relational expression between the measured value and actual value is obtained when measuring the big-end diameter of the tapered sealing slot by means of inside gauge caliper under different conditions based on mathematical analysis, which is instructional and instrumental to the measurement of the tapered sealing slot.
