摘要
本文阐述国外汽车公司技术管理的战略变化,指出全球化、商业化和强化与供应商合作是当今汽车公司研究开发所面临的挑战。汽车公司应重新整合技术管理战略,优化创新过程,推行适应环境变化的新型管理模式。
This paper states the strategic changes of foreign automobile company's technical management and indicates that globalization, commercialization and strengthened cooperation with suppliers are a challenge for current automobile enterprises in its development. They will realign technical management strategy,optimize innovation process and carry out new management model suitable for environment changes.
