摘要 通过台架和实际行车试验,对机油油压特性进行了系统定量研究。试验结果表明:机油粘度等级是影响油压的主要因素,质量等级对油压影响不大,单级油和多级油油压特性相近;发动机转速是影响机油压力的主要因素。实际行车的在线数据表明:各种机油的油压远远大于发动机厂商规定的下限值。在怠速偏低和苛刻行驶后机油温度偏高的共同作用下,低粘度等级的机油会出现油压偏低的情况。理论回归所得的结果表明:机油温度过高会大大降低循环油路机油粘度,从而影响油压和润滑性能。 The feature of lub-oil pressure is studied systematically and quantitatively by bench test and road test. The results show that Lub-oil viscosity level is one of factors influencing oil pressure, the quality level has little effect on oil pressure,single level oil has the same oil pressure feature as multi-level oil.The engine speed is one of main factors influencing oil pressure .The road test results show that the pressure of various Lub-oils is far more than lower limit value defined by engine supplier .Under the condition of lower idle speed and higher oil temperature after exacting running,low oil pressure is found in the low viscosity level oil .The result after regression shows that higher oil temperature can influnce oil pressure and lubricant property as a result of lower lub-oil viscosity in cycling oil circuit .
