高效液相色谱法测定清热丸中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Qingre Pills by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的：建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定清热丸中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液（51∶49）,检测波长为277 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为40℃。结果：黄芩苷在0.086 5~0.770 4μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,该制剂中黄芩苷平均回收率为99.47%,RSD为1.08%（n=6）。结论：所建立的方法简便易行、结果可靠、重复性好,可用于清热丸中黄芩苷的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of baicalin in Qingre pills with high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Methods： The HPLC method was carried on C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column using methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid（51∶49,V∶V） as mobile phase,and detection wavelength was 277 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature was 40 ℃.Results： Baicalin amount presented a fine linear relationship with peak area in the range of 0.086 5～0.770 4 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.47%（n=6）,and PSD was 1.08%（n=6）.Conclusion： The method is convenient,precise and reliable for determining the content of baicalin in Qingre pills.
