核磁共振在兔同种异体半月板移植术后评估的应用

Application of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Evaluation of the Results of Allogeneic Meniscal Transplantation in Rabbit

目的:探讨兔同种异体新鲜半月板移植后行核磁共振(MRI)检查的可行性。方法:以成年新西兰大白兔为实验对象,制成半月板移植模型,行MRI检查,并与标本检查结果对照,进行相关性研究。结果:MRI检查与标本检查有较好的相关性。结论:MRI可以用于评估半月板移植后的随访。

Objective： To study the application possibility of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in assessment of the effect of allogeneic fresh meniscal transplantation in rabbit.Methods： Meniscal transplantation model was established with adult New Zealand rabbits,and the models were then checked with MRI.The results were compared with those of gross check,and the consistency between them was analyzed.Results： The results of MRI and gross check showed good consistency.Conclusion： MRI can be used in evaluating of the curative effect of meniscal transplantation.
