羟乙基淀粉130／0．4对急性坏死性胰腺炎大鼠肾组织水通道蛋白1表达的影响

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）常并发多器官功能不全综合征，在胰外器官损害中肾功能障碍发生率仅次于肺功能障碍，位列第二。SAP早期大量炎症介质和细胞因子的释放造成内皮细胞破坏引起毛细血管渗漏增加是造成胰性肾病的重要发病机制。本文应用羟乙基淀粉130／0．4（HES130／0．4）对急性坏死性胰腺炎（ANP）大鼠进行液体复苏，观察HES130／0．4对ANP时肾功能障碍的影响，并探讨其作用机制。
