摘要
本文以WTO农业法规为大背景,在明确WTO的各种法律要求的基础上,对我国农产品的国内支持,出口政策,绿色壁垒的应对,地理标志的保护等问题从法律的角度进行了分析并提出了促进我国农产品出口的建议。
With WTO agricultural rules as the background, on the basis of making clear all kinds of legal requirements, the paper analyzes the domestic support of China＇s agricultural products, export policy and the response of green barriers and the protection of geographical indication from the legal perspective and proposes the suggestion to promote China＇s agricultural products export.
