近年来,党中央、国务院高度重视能源的节约问题,接连出台关于节约能源的系列政策、文件,节约能源已成为每位公民的责任和义务。电气节能技术在建筑工程中的合理利用将大大降低建筑结构的能耗。在阐述电气节能设计应遵循的原则的基础上,从不同角度提出了建筑电气技术在节能上的合理应用。

In recent years,the CPC Central Committee and State Council attached great importance to energy conservation issues,successive introduction of a series of policies and documents on energy conservation has become a responsibility and obligation of every citizen. The rational use of electrical energy-saving technology in the Construction structure will greatly reduce energy consumption. Based on the elaboration of principles that electrical energy design followed, rational application of construction electrical technology in the energy conservation is proposed from different angles.
