步入新世纪以来,我国社会经济迅猛发展,同时也需要不断加大对基本建设的投入。建筑施工单位为获取高质量的施工技术资料,很有必要建立健全档案资料的搜集与管理制度,明确施工技术资料的归档范围。对施工技术资料的作用、基本要求、存在问题进行论述,并提出了解决问题的建议。

Entering into the new century, Chinese economy develops rapidly, but also needs to continue to increase investment in infrastructure. It is necessary for the construction units to establish a sound file of information collection and management system and clarify the scope of the construction of technical data archiving in order to gain high-quality technical information.
