摘要
以垦利县村庄布局规划的实际为例,结合建设社会主义新农村和扶持"三农"的优惠政策,提出了"明确一个目标、遵循五个原则、制定四种类型"的村庄布局规划工作方法,为村庄布局规划工作的开展提供一定的经验。
Taking the example of Kenli county layout＆planning and combining the policy of socialist countryside building and preferential policy of supporting ＂three dimensional rural issues ＂, the paper proposes the village layout ＆ planning method of ＂make a clear goal,follow the five principle and develop four types＂ which provides certain experience for the implementation of village layout ＆ planning work.
