Security problem has always been the weak spot for computer network which restricts the further promotion of computer network technology. With the rapid expansion of computer network and the increasing of computer local area network and people＇s lack of network safety control mechanism and lack of understanding of safety policies, network safety will become more serious and complicated. All these risks are threatening people＇s solving computer local area network safety problems. Through describing the safety problem of computer local area network, the paper elaborates the weak spots in the application of computer local area network and makes the exploration on local area network safety measures.
