利用人工神经网络分析模型评价新方法,对油田老区改造投资项目的经济效益后评价进行分析探讨,对后续开发建设项目的决策、建设及管理等过程提出建议,达到提高效益、控制投资的目的,对已完成的产能建设项目的执行过程、效益、作用和影响进行系统的、客观的分析,通过分析评价,找出成功失败的原因,总结经验教训,为未来项目投资建设提供依据和参考。

Using artificial neural network to analyze the new method of model evaluation, the paper primarily discusses the economic benelits postevaluation methods of old oil field renewal investment program and puts forward the suggestion for the decision making, construction and management of the follow-up construction projects to achieve the goal of improving benefits and controlling investment and objectively analyzes the implementation process, benefits, function and influence of project which have completed the production construction. Through the analysis and evaluation, the causes for the failure have been found and the lessons have been summed up to provide a reference for the future investment construction projects.
