心肺复苏患者外周血淋巴细胞和免疫功能的变化 被引量：2

摘要 随着急诊医务人员心肺复苏（CPR）技术水平的不断提高，心跳骤停患者得到及时有效的救治，复苏患者自主循环（ROSC）恢复率不断提高，可达40％～60％。但是，心跳骤停后，机体发生强烈的应激反应。神经、内分泌、血管活性物质都发生了剧烈改变，组织器官发生缺血一再灌注损伤，机体有可能发生全身炎症反应综合征，
