关节镜下膝关节半月板损伤的治疗

Arthroscopic treatment of knee meniscal injury

目的探讨依照关节镜下膝关节半月板损伤分型治疗损伤半月板的疗效。方法按关节镜下膝关节半月板损伤的分型采用不同方法治疗膝半月板损伤患者71例74膝。结果 71例均获随访,时间6个月～2年。疗效评定:优59例61膝,良10例11膝,尚可2例2膝,无差病例。结论关节镜下仔细的检查分型是对关节镜治疗半月板损伤有指导意义的重要方法,可减少对半月板组织结构的破坏,疗效较好。

Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic treatment of meniscal injury according to classification.Methods According to the arthroscopic type for the knee meniscal injury,71 cases（74 knees） with meniscal injuries were treated under arthroscopy.Results 71 cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years.The results were excellent in 59 cases（61 knees）,good in 10 cases（11 knees）,fair in 2 cases（2 knee）,and poor in 0.Conclusions Under the arthroscopic careful examination and classification,meniscal injury can be treated effectively with less damage.
