电离辐射非靶效应及ICRP的相关评议 被引量:1

摘要 靶理论是辐射生物学效应的理论核心,其基本内涵是假定细胞至少含有1个遗传关键位点或靶,细胞必须是这个"靶"被辐射击中后才会死亡或产生某种效应[1-2].认为靶区以外受到辐射攻击不会引起细胞死亡,而且普遍认同的观点是细胞核DNA就是辐射诱发细胞死亡的靶.早期的研究显示,损伤核DNA产生的细胞死亡效应比细胞膜损伤后发生的效应要大300倍以上[3].
