^60 Coγ射线照射后血浆DNA加合物8-羟基脱氧鸟嘌呤含量改变的研究 被引量:4

摘要 辐射可造成生物体多种损伤,甚至诱发癌变.电离辐射除通过能量传递直接作用外,还能通过辐射分解反应产生包括活性氧在内的多种自由基间接产物对生物体造成损伤.近年研究表明,辐射损伤DNA所形成的多种碱基加合物可能是致DNA氧化损伤的关键因素,其中DNA加合物8-羟基脱氧鸟嘌呤(8-OhdG)是氧化DNA损伤的重要标志产物[1-2].
