Mechanical Characteristics of China Railway Track System(CRTS) Ⅰ Type Slab Tracks CA Mortar under Different Strain Rates

摘要 研究了不同应变率下CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆单轴抗压特性.结果表明:在一定应变率范围内,CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆抗压强度、最大应力应变和弹性模量均与应变率变化有一定的关系;CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆力学性能的应变率敏感性大于同准静态条件的混凝土,且具有冲击韧性,其弹性模量的应变率敏感性有利于列车运行的稳定性. The single-axis compressive characteristic of CRTSⅠ type slab tracks CA mortar was studied.Results sh ow that in some range of strain rate,the formula of the change of the compressive strength and strain of maximum stress as well as the elastic modulus with strain rate can be expressed as:p=p0 ε·nd,in which p is the corresponding physical quantities,ε·d is the response strain rate,and p0 and n is the constants.The strain rate sensitivity of the mechanics of CA mortar is more sensitive than that of concrete with the same quasi-static state,and has a property of impact toughness.The strain rate sensitivity of elastic modulus of CA mortar will help for the stability of the train.
