金属带式无级变速系统动态特性的仿真分析

建立了金属带式无级变速传动系统双质量模型，通过对汽车瞬态加速过程的仿真分析，指出无级变速传动速比变化率的大小对汽车动态特性品质的好坏有至关重要的作用。同时也给出了速比变化率的算法，讨论了速比变化率对汽车加速响应和平顺性的影响，为合理设计金属带式无级变速传动系统提供了依据。

By setting up a double mass model of metallic band type stepless transmission system and makingsimulation analysis of automobile instantaneous accelerating procedure, the most important effect of variation rate ofstepless transmission speed ratio upon the quality of motor vehicle dynamic characteristic is pointed out. At the sametime, the calculation method of speed ratio variation rate is given out, the influence of speed ratio variation rate uponthe motor vehicle accelerating response and riding quality is discussed, so that the criterion is provided for rationaldesign co f metallic band type stepless transmission system.
