摘要
冠状动脉造影和经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是冠心病诊断和治疗的常用措施。在实施冠状动脉介入治疗过程中,因导管操作不当而造成医源性右冠状动脉或左主干开口损伤夹层形成,后果极其严重[1]。及时诊断并有效处理导管所致开口夹层,能避免灾难性心肌缺血事件的发生。
