摘要
以板状刚玉、尖晶石、氧化铝微粉和纯铝酸钙水泥为原料,研究了尖晶石加入量(质量分数分别为0、3%、6%、9%、12%、15%、18%)对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随着尖晶石加入质量分数在0~18%范围内的增加,试样的高温抗折强度和抗渣性能均逐渐改善;试样的抗热震性呈先下降后上升趋势,以尖晶石加入质量分数为9%时最差;试样1 550℃3 h处理后的冷态强度呈先上升后下降的趋势,以尖晶石加入质量分数为9%时最大。
Corundum-spinel castables was prepared using tabular alumina,spinel,alumina micropowder and pure calcium aluminate cement(CAC) as starting materials.Effects of spinel additions(0,3%,6%,9%,12%,15%,and 18%) on properties of corundum-spinel castables were investigated.The results show that with spinel addition(0-18%) increasing,hot modulus of rupture and slag resistance of specimens improve,but thermal shock resistance of specimen weakens firstly and then enhances,when the spinel addition is 9%,the thermal shock resistance is the worst;cold strength of specimen treated at 1 550 ℃ for 3 h increases firstly and then decreases,when the spinel addition is 9%,the cold strength is the highest.
