特应性皮炎患儿118例及其家庭生活质量的调查 被引量：14

摘要 目的了解北京及其周边地区特应性皮炎(AD)患儿及其家庭其他成员的生活质量。方法应用Chamlin等研制的特应性皮炎患儿及其家庭其他成员的生活质量调查表对该地区特应性皮炎患儿及其家庭其他成员的生活状况进行问卷调查,了解其生活质量。结果皮肤瘙痒、搔抓、睡眠障碍及饮食受限在AD患儿中普遍存在;筋疲力尽、睡眠剥夺及对皮肤状况的不安为困扰AD患儿家长的主要问题。结论该地区特应性皮炎患儿及患儿家庭的生活严重受到了影响。 Objective To understand the effects of Atopic Dermatitis （AD） on the quality of life of children and their families in Beijing and its surrounding areas. Methods Applieation the Effects of AD on Quality of Life which was made by Charnlin, et al to investigate the quality of life of children and their families in Beijing and its surrounding areas. Results Itching, scratching, sleep disruption and diet restrictions were prevalent in AD children; exhaustion, sleep deprivation and worry about children＇s skin were the main problems of AD children＇family. Conclusion The quality of life of AD children and their families is seriously affected.
