摘要
患儿男,4岁。面部及双耳廓多发性红色结节,并口腔白膜6月。皮损表现为大小不等的红色斑疹和结节,表面有黑色痂皮,口腔白色膜状物附着。组织病理示:表皮角化不全,有浆细胞及淋巴细胞浸润,可见孢子及假菌丝,PAS染色(+)。诊断:慢性皮肤黏膜念珠菌病。
A 4-year-old boy presented with multiple red maeulas and nodules on the face, black crusts on the surface. Oral mucosa adhered with white memberane. Histopathological showed Epidermal parakeratosis, infiltrate by lymphocytic and plasma cells. A few spores and pseudohyphae by staining in the dermis and it was postive with PAS stained . Diagnosis ： chronic mueoeutaneous eandidiasis
