摘要
系统性红斑狼疮是一种自身免疫性疾病。Toll样受体(TLRs)7,9可分别识别自身免疫原性RNA,DNA抗原,通过信号转导,激活树突状细胞、B细胞,产生各种细胞因子,导致自身抗体、免疫复合物的产生,在红斑狼疮发病中起重要作用。进一步了解TLRs,对红斑狼疮的发病机制、治疗都会起到指导作用。
Systemic lupus elythematosus is an autoimmune disease. Toll-like receptors 7 and 9 who recognize RNA, DNA self-antigen, respectively could activate dendritic cells and B lymphocytes through the signal transfer, and produce different cytokines. Further, autoantibodies and immune complexes would be produced, which play important roles in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus. A better understanding of TLRs' role in the pathogenesis and treatment of lupus erythematosus is helpful.
