Mycoplasma genitalium Infection

生殖支原体(Mg)是一种越来越受到重视的性传播感染病原体。Mg可以引起男性无症状和/或有症状尿道炎,并与女性宫颈炎和盆腔炎密切相关。Mg对HIV感染的获得和传播有重要作用。常用DNA扩增方法检测Mg。Mg感染的治疗可选用阿奇霉素和多西环素。

In recent years, M. genitalium has been considered to be an important sexully transmitted pathogen. It has been implicated as a cause of non-gonocoecal urethritis in men with or without symptoms. In women, M. genitalium infection is associated with cervicitis and pelvic inflammatory disease. M. genitalium infection can also enhance the acquisition and transmission of HIV infection. DNA amplification test has been widely used for the detection of M. genitalium. Azithromycin and doxycycline are recommended for the treatment of M. genitalium infection .
