原位杂交和免疫组化技术检测尖锐湿疣的比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较原位杂交和免疫组化检测HPV的优劣,从而找到一种较确切的病理诊断尖锐湿疣的方法。方法对29例门诊诊断为尖锐湿疣(CA)的蜡块作连续切片,分别作原位杂交(ISH)和免疫组化(IHC)对比染色,在光镜下观察。结果原位杂交检测HPV6B/11阳性25例(86.20%);免疫组化检测HPV6/11阳性16例(55.10%)。两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在连续切片上,原位杂交检测HPV阳性细胞比免疫组化检测的明显增多而且有效的降低了背景染色。结论 HPV原位杂交技术与免疫组化相比,其特异性好,灵敏度高,为尖锐湿疣的确诊及临床治疗提供更准确、可靠的依据。 Objective Comparison of the expression of HPV in CA by in situ hybrihistochemistry (ISH) and immuno- histochemistry(IHC) . And to seek a appropriate diagnostic method for condyloma acuminatum. Methods Twenty-nine cases of condyloma acuminatum at outpatient department were colleted, serial sectioned and stained with HE, in situ hybrihistochemistry (ISH) and immunohistochemistry ( IHC ) respectively, assessed under microscopy and analysed statistically. Results Twenty-five cases were positive by HPV ISH stain (86.20%) while 16 cases were positive by HPV IHC stain(55.10% ). There was signiticant difference be- tween ISH and IHC ( P 〈 0.01 ). In the serial sections, ISH positive cells were more than IHC positive ceils. Conclusion HPV ISH stain is higher special than that of IHC stain. HPV ISH is a appropriate diagnostic method for condyloma acuminatum. ISH method may be widely used in clinical pathology.
