两种肺功能法检测支气管舒张试验的结果比较 被引量:2

摘要 支气管舒张试验是用第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)的改变来评估气流受限的程度及其可逆性和变异性,但FEV1测试需要患者严格用力配合,对儿童、老年及危重患者有一定的困难。脉冲震荡肺功能(IOS)是近年来开展的一项新的肺功能检测技术,具有操作简单、图解直观、无需患者特殊配合等特点。
