活体肝移植应用脂肪肝供肝的疗效分析

摘要 目前,活体肝移植呈增多趋势,在活体供者评估过程中,经常遇到脂肪肝供肝的应用问题。有研究认为尸体供肝脂肪变若为中度脂肪肝（肝细胞脂肪浸润程度〈60%）以下的可以安全利用,重度脂肪肝供体将增加受体风险[1-2]。但对于亲体肝移植脂肪肝供肝的应用问题研究结论并不一致。
