摘要
针对货车提速，介绍了国内外三大件式转向架所采用的几项新技术，并结合我国的试验情况，提出相关建议。
Several new technologies applied in the speed increase of freight cars with three pieces bogies at home and abroad are described.And in combination with test conditions in our country the relevant suggestions are given.
