摘要
研究了流域生态系统管理的现状与存在问题,从流域生态系统过程管理、时空尺度变化、流域生态系统的演替、土地与水资源的规划和模拟以及流域生态经济综合管理5个方面提出了流域生态系统的管理途径。构建了流域生态系统适应性动态演变机制模型、分布式多尺度过程模拟模型、基于土地使用分类的流域生态经济优化模型、流域资源流动与价值传递模型和基于多智能体的流域适应性管理模型。
Watershed ecosystem management approach means that the watershed with clear boundaries was regarded as an ecosystem, and all of the components, process, functions and interactions were overall considered using ecosystem concepts and principles. In this paper the current situations and problems of watershed ecosystem management were studied, and several management approaches were proposed from watershed ecosystem process management, spatiotemporal scale changing, watershed ecosystem revolu- tion, soil and water resources programming and watershed ecological economy comprehensive management. A few key process models including watershed ecosystem adaptive revolution model, distributed multi-scale process simulation model, watershed ecological economy optimization model, resources flow and value transmission model and multi-agent adaptive management model were established.
