摘要
以松辽黑猪和长大二元杂交猪为试验对象,以沙门氏菌作为致病因子,研究了不同遗传仔猪在受到沙门氏菌攻毒时其免疫功能的变化规律。结果表明:在攻毒后,松辽黑猪的嗜中性粒细胞、白细胞数极显著高于长大二元杂交猪(P<0.01);松辽黑猪血清中的sIgA在不同时期均极显著高于长大二元杂交猪(P<0.01);2品种猪的外周血CD4+T、CD8+T淋巴细胞含量差异不显著,在沙门氏菌的压力下,松辽黑猪及长大二元杂交猪的外周血CD4+T、CD8+T淋巴细胞水平均极显著低于正常水平(P<0.01)。
The investigation was conducted to study effect of Salmonella on piglet's immunity with 2 genetic backgrounds which were Landrace x Yorkshire and Songliao black swine. The results indicated that the neutrophilic granulocyte and white blood cell population of Songliao black piglets were significantly higher than those of Landrace x Yorkshire piglets. The serum sIgA concentration of Songliao black swine was higher than that of Land x Yorkshire. Before Salmonella challenging, there was no difference between CD4+ T, CD8+T concentration of animals, however, under depression of salmonella, all of the concentrations of CD4 + T, CD8+T were lower than those of control animals( P 〈 0.01).
