糖尿病足下肢动脉病变影像学诊断研究进展

The Advances of Imaging Research for Lower Limb Arterial Diseases in Diabetic Foot

数字减影血管造影、彩色多普勒超声、磁共振血管成像以及CT下肢动脉成像均已成为外周血管病变的一种有效检查手段,但针对糖尿病下肢动脉病变检查,超声诊断虽然简便但准确率欠佳,且受到多种因素的限制;磁共振血管成像无创无辐射,在本病的诊断应用中有一定价值,但尚存在一定局限性;数字减影血管造影为目前糖尿病足下肢动脉病变诊断的"金标准",但存在风险性、费用高等原因而使其广泛运用受到限制。随着现代医学影像技术的发展,多层螺旋CT的出现及普及,采用CT血管成像对本病的诊断具有重要意义。本文就目前各种影像学技术在糖尿病足下肢动脉病变中的检查应用做一综述。

Digital subtraction angiography（DSA）,Doppler ultrasound（DUS）,MR angiography,and CT angiography are all effective evaluation measures for the peripheral vascular disease,but for diabetic lower limb arterial diseases,DUS is convenient,but poor accuracy and restricted at a variety of factors;MR angiography is a non-invasive and non-radiative measure,has great value in diagnosis of diabetic lower limb arterial diseases,but still being some limitations at present;DSA is seen as ′optimum diagnosis′ in diagnosis of this disease,but can not widely used because of risk and high cost.With the progress of modern medical imaging,the appearance and prevalence of multi-slice spiral computed tomography,it has more important meaning that adopting CT angiography to diagnose this disease.This article makes a summary evaluation at diabetic lower limb arterial diseases examined by all imaging methods.
