RT-PCR检测慢性粒细胞白血病患者bcr/abl融合基因结果分析
摘要
目的探讨逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)体系检测慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)bcr/abl融合基因的临床价值。方法 Trizol试剂提取细胞RNA,用特异引物RT-PCR检测bcr/abl融合基因,并作灵敏度实验。结果本研究灵敏度可达104的稀释水平,46例CML患者bcr/abl融合基因的阳性率为91.3%,其中b3a2有27例,b2a2有15例。结论 RT-PCR检测bcr/abl融合基因检测弥补了细胞形态学诊断的不足,并为CML临床治疗和预后判断提供了指导。
