广州市市桥街居民对社区卫生服务知晓与利用情况的纵向研究

Longitudinal Study on Knowing and Utilizing of Community Health Service among Residents in Shiqiao Street of Guangzhou

目的了解广州市番禺区市桥街西片居民2004年与2008年4年前后对社区卫生服务的知晓、需求、利用及满意度的变化情况,为该区社区卫生服务的发展提供参考意见。方法分别于2004年和2008年利用分层整群抽样方法抽取番禺区市桥街西片15岁以上的社区居民作为调查对象,采用自制调查问卷进行调查,调查内容主要包括社区居民的个人基本信息,对社区卫生服务的知晓、需求、利用情况以及对社区卫生服务的满意度等。2004年发放问卷1583份,有效问卷1496份;2008年发放问卷2172份,有效问卷1815份。结果 2004年与2008年4年前后社区居民对社区卫生服务的知晓、需求、利用情况及满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经过4年的发展,社区居民对社区卫生服务的知晓、利用情况及满意度都有所改善,但还存在一些问题,社区卫生服务的质量还有待提高。

Objective To understand the changes of knowing,demand,utilization and satisfaction of community health service （CHS） among residents in Shiqiao district from 2004 to 2008,in order to provide advice for development of CHS in the district.Methods The residents above 15 years old in Shiqiao district were selected by stratified cluster sampling in 2004 and 2008,the date were collected by using self-made questionnaire.The investigated contents included basic information of individuals,the awareness,demand,and utilization of CHS,as well as the satisfaction on CHS.The eligible questionnaires was 1 496 from 1 583 issued in 2004;and the eligible questionnaires was 1 851 from 2 172 issued in 2008.Results The changes of knowing,demand,utilization and satisfaction about CHS in 2008 showed significant differences compared with those in 2004 （P0.01）.Conclusion During 4 years,the knowing,demand,utilization and satisfaction of residents had improved.Nevertheless,there are some problems,and the quality of CHS still has to be improved.
