健康教育在社区心理卫生服务中的应用

Application of Health Education for Mental Health Service in Community

目的探讨健康教育在社区心理卫生服务中的应用。方法对深圳市宝安区福永人民医院兴围社区健康服务中心在辖区内开展心理卫生健康教育的经验进行总结,介绍具体做法,并提出建议。结果通过开展多种形式的社区心理卫生宣传活动及健康教育,使大多数心理障碍者摆脱痛苦,以新的心态回到工作岗位或家庭中,取得了显著的社会效益。结论社区心理卫生服务更应从预防性工作着手,应充分利用健康教育的强大功能,开展多种形式的社区心理卫生健康教育,提高社区居民的心理健康水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of application health education in community mental health service.Methods The health education on the mental health service had been conducted in the service area of Xinwei community health service center under Fuyong people′s hospital Bao′an District of Shenzhen city.Some detailed experience were summarized,some concrete methods were introduced,and some advice was presented.Results Most patients with psychological disorders got rid of their sufferings through various activities of health education and training,and they went back to their work position or family.Significant social benefits were achieved.Conclusion Mental health service in community should start with preventive work.Multiple ways of community mental health education should be fully conducted so as to raise the level of the community residents′ mental health.
