Safeguard Measures of Rural Migrant Workers' Rights under the View of Harmonious Society

和谐社会与权利保障之间具有互为因果的关系,保障农民工权利是和谐社会的应有之义,关系到社会主义和谐社会建设的成败。农民工权利缺失表现为身份权、择业权、平等薪资权、生命保障权、话语权、培训权、司法救助权和子女平等受教育权等多方面。维护、保障农民工权利,要为农民工政治参与搭建平台,发挥非政府组织的维权功能,发挥工会组织的作用,加大劳动执法力度,建立保护农民工权益的法律援助体系。

Harmonious society and right protection are mutual causality,and safeguarding rural migrant workers＇ rights is the key to harmonious society and leads to success on construction of a socialist harmonious society.The loss of rural migrant workers＇ rights and interests involves rights of status,employment,equal salary,life support,speaking,training,judicial assistance,and equal education for children.In order to maintain and protect the rural migrant workers＇ rights,we should establish a platform for the rural migrant workers＇ political participation,play the role of safeguarding right from the non-governmental organizations and union organization,reinforce labor laws and establish legal aid system protecting rural migrant workers＇ rights and interests.
